Meet Eric & Connect
|Who am I?|
That’s me up there. The weird lookin’ dude. My name is Eric Lunsford. I’m an ordinary 20-something dude. I went along life’s path that was laid out for me. Went to highschool, graduated. Went to college, graduated. Started the career I was supposed to the Monday after I graduated. Worked at a couple of companies. Worked my way up. Was promoted multiple times in a couple of years. Given raises, bonuses, and stock. Better job titles, more traveling, life was good.
Until I realized everyone around me was living unconscious lives, including me. Realized that everyone I was around was in the rat-race for one reason. Because that’s what we we’re supposed to do. That’s the game.
It was then I decided I wanted to help everyone snap out of it. Start living conscious lives. Challenge what they don’t understand, do something that matters, and live up to the potential they know they have.
So I quit. I put my notice in to my boss that I was leaving. I had ambitions and things I knew I wanted to pursue and I knew I couldn’t do them there. One thing’s for sure, I knew I wasn’t living the life I wanted to. The day after my last day of work, I hiked up Mt. Rainier – snowboarded down. A farewell to the great Northwest. I packed my life, my family, and my stuff up and moved to Sandpoint, ID.
I find myself here. Coffee & Warm Showers. I’ve downsized, de-stressed, and most importantly made conscious decisions every day since I’ve made the change. I constantly question the status quo, do what feels right, and the results come. It’s time I share what I’ve learned and help you transform into someone you know you are supposed to be.

“The foolish person seeks happiness in the distance; the wise person grows it under their feet.” – James Oppenheim
